Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Guides the technical vision and execution of a software project/initiative/technology.

• Technical direction, implementation choices, establishment of best practices, and technical standards

• Drive communities, Engg Efficiency/Innovation

• Foresee SW technology change & quick adaption

• Technical steering of the team to deliver with KPIs – Quality and delivery

• Estimate the complexity of problem & prioritize according to customer relevance

• Goal and performance evaluation of the team

• Competence development of the team.

• Ability to Lead a team of 10 - 12 people

Added advantage if the candidate works in Scrum Methodology

• Good knowledge on Crash Physics/Dynamics

• Experience on Jenkins, CI, CT, ALM-RTC

• Hands on Automotive SW development in C language

• Domain & Technology Engineering process, methods & tools

• Leadership, Communication, Networking

• Exhibit Ownership and be an independent team member

• Good knowledge in Agile methodologies

• Basics knowledge of Embedded System

• Good knowledge in Control Systems

• Exposure in Model based SW development

• Expereince in multicore controller and critical computing resource challenges handling
