For a company specializing in financial services management, we are looking for a Customer Service to join the operations team to offer professional support to active clients and manage their requests.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Autonomy in managing time and operational methods

• Flexibility

• Precision, accuracy, and results-orientation

• Availability for full-time work, on-site, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM / 6:00 PM)

We offer: initial fixed-term contract, CCNL COMMERCIO E SERVIZI level 5/4, indicative gross annual salary: € 23/25,000; structured company training and Academy for the development of specific and transversal skills; we also evaluate candidates with no prior experience.
