What You’ll Do
As a Grinder Setup Operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Lakewood, OH. You’ll get to:

Set up and operation of centerless grinder cells
-
Make changes and adjustments to machines.

Run production on grinders
-
Dress wheels
-
monitor robotic and track feed systems
-
Monitor production, move material, make machine adjustments
-
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

Record quality measurements of part produced for in process inspection
-
Set-up operator will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

High school diploma

Minimum 3 years operating centerless grinders.

Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routings, use shop math, and use various hand held measuring tools.

Moderate to heavy physical effort required.

Continuously stands through 8 hour shift.

Lift up to 100 lbs.
