We are currently recruiting a "Managers" to be involved in solution planning proposals and new businesses for "video and animation-related businesses" in the entertainment department, which builds and sells POS databases and conducts market research for "music business" and "video cell software business."

Responsibilities As a manager of "video and animation-related businesses" within the entertainment department, you will be involved in the following tasks:
Management of existing video company accounts
Understanding customer marketing challenges and proposing "marketing solutions" and "market research" to solve them.
Expansion of new businesses
Other sales activities for the entire department (holding seminars, regular press releases, etc.)
Required skills and experience
We are looking for someone who can immediately contribute to our team.
Work experience in entertainment companies (video, music, animation, comics, games, etc.) or media/distribution companies handling entertainment content, or experience as an entertainment company担当 at a research, marketing, or consulting company.
The following business experience (at least one of the following):
Marketing operations (including planning sales, sales promotion, etc.)
Market analysis operations (market trend analysis, product sales analysis, consumer analysis, etc.)
Research planning (negotiations with domestic and overseas research and marketing companies, etc.)
Experience managing projects as a project manager or leader
B to B negotiation experience
High communication skills (ability to foster friendly communication and mutual understanding with clients, project teams including other departments, and external companies)
Ability to logically organize and explain things (ability to create materials and present proposals that are logical and attractive to clients)
Network in the entertainment industry or media/distribution industry
Desired knowledge and experience
Basic understanding of statistical data and market data
Basic understanding of market research methods
Practical marketing experience using data
Experience in proposal-based sales
Business-level English proficiency
Ideal candidate profile
A self-starter who can act as a playing manager
Curious and proactive in challenging new things
Sincere in dealing with customers, cooperating companies, and colleagues, and able to build trusting relationships
