Join the Early Talent Program of Coca-Cola HBC and take the fast track to become one of our future leaders in Procurement & Supply Chain! This is not an internship, it’s a full-time leadership development program for ambitious young professionals who want to master the strategic side of the food & beverage industry. Over an intensive 12-month period, you will dive deep into global sourcing, supplier relationship management, and the financial strategies that power our production.
What does our Procurement team do? At Coca-Cola HBC, Procurement is the strategic backbone of our operations. We don't just buy materials, we manage complex value chains, ensure the sustainability of our resources, and optimize millions of euros in spend. From raw materials and packaging to high-tech CAPEX investments, our focus is on commercial excellence, cost innovation, and building resilient partnerships that ensure our 40,000-bottle-per-hour lines never stop.
What the program offers
A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end procurement cycle, including category management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation across both direct and indirect spend.
Hands-on commercial experience through active involvement in high-value tenders, international supplier audits, and large-scale investment projects (CAPEX).
Real Responsibility by leading "mini-projects," identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing digital procurement solutions to drive efficiency.
Mentoring & Coaching by working closely with a designated senior Procurement leader and receiving continuous support from our Talent Developer.
Preparation for a future leadership role by presenting market analyses and project results to senior management while building a global professional network.
Program journey
Onboarding & Integration (1–3 months): Understanding the organizational structure and deep professional integration within the plant.
Functional Deep-dive (4–9 months): Intensive training in primary focus areas such as Indirect Spend, Raw Materials, or Technical Procurement (CAPEX).
Project Leadership (10–11 months): Leading a strategic sourcing project or driving a sustainability initiative within our supplier network.
Future Leadership Path (12+ months): Transitioning toward a Category Manager or Strategic Buyer leadership role within the Procurement organization.
Who we are looking for
1–3 years of experience in supply chain functions
Degree in Economics, Business Management, or Engineering (with a strong commercial interest) is a must.
Analytical & Strategic mindset with a proactive, "can-do" attitude and a hunger for negotiation.
Confident and assertive personality who enjoys building relationships and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Fluency in Hungarian and confident English communication skills are essential for international collaboration.
While no specific procurement experience is required, international experience (e.g., Erasmus) or previous business-related internships are a plus.
