Process Audits and Process FMEAs
Ensure Process Control Plans are applied and aligned with FMEAs
Functionally manage Quality Control within Production
Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensure training and compliance
Manage derogations
Participate in defining surveillance tests
Contribute to continuous improvement of product quality
Lead containment actions and root cause analysis in production
Ensure customer complaints result in updates to Robustness programs (PCP, FMEA, etc.)
Provide quality input for new developments (PMP, PEP) and support deployment of new options
Support implementation of process and control capability
Act as the local expert for assembled products
Provide inputs to Supplier Quality when production issues arise
Engineering Degree
Expertise in quality management
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process development
Good command of English
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, structured, and result-oriented approach to problem-solving
