We are currently hiring for these 4 positions below:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support marketing operations, digital content management, business reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Information Management (PIM) Support the management and maintenance of product information throughout the product lifecycle.
Website Localization & Digital Content Operations Support digital content deployment and localization activities across multiple countries and regions.
Business Intelligence & Sales Reporting Support the creation and maintenance of business performance reporting.
AI & Process Improvement Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency through digitalization and AI.
Cross-functional Operations Support Support coordination activities across Offer Marketing projects and initiatives.
Duration: 6 months + (at least 15-20 hours a week)
Qualifications Required:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
Currently residing in Japan, have work permit (if you are international student)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Business English
Preferred:
Interest in Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytical tools
Interest in AI and digital transformation
English communication skills
Experience working with digital content or data management is a plus
Basic Web contents creation knowledge

Qualifications Required:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines
Currently residing in Japan, have work permit (if you are international student)
Basic knowledge of mechanical design fundamentals, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced global environment
Preferred:
Experience with 3D CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, etc.)
Interest in industrial automation and smart manufacturing
Experience with prototyping or engineering projects through university activities

Qualification:
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Currently residing in Japan, have work permit (if you are international student)
Basic understanding of embedded systems and firmware development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++.
Preferred
Familiarity with microsoft office application such as PPT, Word,Excel
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and testing electronic systems for advanced HMI applications.
