Senior
We are looking for experienced and motivated CCH Tagetik Developers and Senior Developers to join our growing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background in Tagetik development, particularly in the Analytics Information Hub (AiH), and a proven track record of delivering solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and related EPM processes. This is a hands-on development role requiring deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Analyze application performance and identify areas for enhancement to improve functionality and user satisfaction
Partner with development teams to implement fixes, deploy enhancements, and resolve technical issues
Gather and document user requirements to ensure applications align with business needs and objectives
Conduct thorough testing and validation to maintain high quality standards across all applications
Design, develop, and implement solutions using CCH Tagetik, with a focus on Analytics Information Hub (AiH).
Build and maintain Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL-based transformations within AiH.
Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop custom TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting models.
Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.
Integrate Tagetik with external systems using Tagetik Data Management tools and APIs.
Ensure robust security design, user provisioning, and access control within the Tagetik environment.
Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment of Tagetik applications.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Tagetik solutions.

6–10 years of hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik development, with at least 2+ years in AiH.
Strong expertise in:
Experience in implementing Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Familiarity with Tagetik Consolidation is a plus.
Understanding of Tagetik architecture, deployment processes, and collaboration with IT infrastructure teams.
Secondary experience with other EPM tools suchs as:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts and across time zones as needed.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Tagetik certification(s) or equivalent training in AiH and EPM modules.
