Schneider Electric S.p.A. is looking for a Responsabile del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP) to join the SERE (Safety Environment Real Estate) team in its offices in Stezzano (HQ), Turin, Genoa, and Padua. The team is responsible for supporting employers and organizational structures of the company in complying with the regulatory requirements of Legislative Decree 81/08 - Consolidated Law on Safety.
Management of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP)
Updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR);
Defining and assigning Personal Protective Equipment to assessed risk profiles;
Specialist support to the company's operational structures in managing activities relevant to Safety aspects, including construction site safety activities and verification of related documentation (DUVRI, POS);
On-site visits and inspections with particular reference to construction sites and plants;
Preparation of internal regulations (procedures, instructions) for managing health and safety aspects;
Support in the management and analysis of Accidents, Incidents, and Near Misses;
Collaboration and consultation with competent doctors (MC) and workers' safety representatives (RLS) from various territorial areas;
Monitoring of authorization deadlines and regulatory compliance in the Safety field;
Management of relations with internal and external inspection/control bodies;
Support in the management of UNI ISO45001 certification activities, including internal audits and reporting and data analysis;
Participation in defining objectives and monitoring improvement plans in health and safety;
Identification of training needs in safety and management assignments.
Degree in Engineering or scientific subjects or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of experience as RSPP in sectors related to plant engineering and energy.
Qualification for the RSPP role.
Technical skills in Health and Safety management.
Knowledge of legislation on Health and Safety in the workplace (DLgs 81/2008 and other sector regulations, DLgs 231/2001).
Knowledge of QAS and Energy Management Systems (compliant with standards 9001 - 45001 - 14001 - 50001).
Knowledge of methods and tools for planning, monitoring, verifying, and controlling HSE activities and objectives.
Good knowledge of Office (Teams; PowerPoint; Word; Excel; SharePoint).
Category B driving license for potential travel within the territory.
Interpersonal and managerial skills.
Communication skills useful for spreading knowledge and a culture of health and safety within the organization.
