Mission

The purpose of this role is to provide service for cooling infrastructure in commercial, industrial environments, and data centers.

Your IMPACT:

• Realization of service activities and field interventions at client facilities (inspections, repairs, startups).

• Support in diagnosing equipment faults and developing concepts for service delivery.

• Specifying and selecting spare parts.

• Implementing the company's warranty policy.

• Preparing technical reports on performed repairs, inspections, and startups.

• Identifying client needs and forwarding them for further handling by the Sales Department.

Requirements:

• Technical education in air conditioning and ventilation, or related mechanical fields.

• Basic knowledge of air conditioning units and chillers.

• Practical experience in service work will be an additional asset.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks.

• Understanding of client needs.

• English language – communicative level and good for technical documentation.

• Polish language - C1.

• Knowledge of MS Office suite.

• Category B driving license.

Desirable:

• Qualification Certificate for Operation "E" at least up to 1 kV and F-gas certificate.
