With over 350 employees, the factory is a reference for the Schneider Group for:
Assembly and automatic high-volume adjustment for motor circuit breakers (Tesys, GV2)
Assembly and automatic high-volume adjustment for relays (Tesys, LRD)
Manufacturing of prefabricated electrical busbars, which constitute a complete energy distribution system
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage all logistics flows and ensure the overall performance of the supply chain.
Reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for a team of 8 direct employees and will ensure the smooth operation of a total perimeter of about thirty people. You will drive the performance of upstream/downstream flow management to optimize the entity's service level, while controlling stock levels, and you will intervene in all supply chain activities: planning, procurement, scheduling, inventory management, internal and external logistics. You will be a member of the site's management committee.
Supervise and lead the supply chain team composed of business managers, flow organization managers, a Logistics team manager, and a flow management manager.
Ensure the reliability and efficiency of the supply chain:
Participate in the strategic and operational decisions of the site:
Collaboration with the site's financial controller to produce performance indicators for the entity and ensure economic management (inventory management).
Master's degree specialized in supply chain or engineering degree.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Mandatory management experience.
Solid mastery of supply chain flows (planning, procurement, logistics)
Ability to drive performance and deploy continuous improvement approaches.
Mastery of ERP (SAP or equivalent) and planning tools.
Natural leadership and ability to unite.
Strategic vision and operational sense.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
French and English mandatory.

For this position based in France, the annual salary range is EUR 78,400 - EUR 117,600. This range includes the base salary and the target annual bonus. This salary range applies to full-time candidates based in France. It is determined by reference to comparable positions in terms of responsibility and level. Individual compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential, and relevant training or diplomas.
