产品经理（PLC）

Job Brief:

We're looking for a global offer manager for Edge Control offers (PLC) in IA China Hub Organization. He/She report to the Edge Control Offer Marketing Manager, and responsible for:

• Contributing to the growth of Edge Control Offers by developing competitive hardware and software

• Developing and managing the global strategy for the Edge Control Offers, including hardware and engineering software

• Conducting marketing research

• Defining the product requirements

• Driving product launches and commercial success.

Main Responsibility Of This Role:

Product Strategy and Planning:

Lead the full-lifecycle strategic planning of Edge Control Offers (PLC). Develop detailed product roadmaps based on market trends, customer pains/demands, the competitors, and technological innovations, clarify product functional features and version iteration plans at each stage, and ensure the product's leading position in the market.

Requirements Management:

Conduct in-depth market research, communicate closely with R&D, sales, and customers, accurately collect and sort out the functional requirements, transform them into clear and executable product requirement documents, and promote efficient development by the R&D team.

Project Management:

Collaborate with multiple departments such as project manager, R&D, testing, operation and maintenance, formulate project plans, control project progress, promptly solve problems and risks during the development process, and ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of products.

Market Promotion and Operation:

Formulate product market promotion strategies, participate in the compilation of product publication materials, plan and implement online and offline promotion activities, collect market feedback, and drive continuous product optimization.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, automation, or related majors.

Work Experience:

More than 5 years of PLC hardware or related software product management or technical experience, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of PLC technical support or application engineer is a plus.

Professional Skills:

• Familiar with PLC hardware offers from Siemens, Schneider Electric, Beckhoff or Omron, etc.

• And familiar with related programming environments such as CODESYS, Ecostruxure Machine Expert and Siemens TIA Portal, proficient in Motion Control application is a strong plus;

• Possess solid software requirement analysis and project management capabilities;

• Understand industrial communication protocols and automation system architectures.

Comprehensive Qualities:

Excellent communication, Good English in oral and written, coordination and teamwork skills, keen market insight, strong problem-solving and pressure-resistant abilities.
