Mission: The position requires a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to operate in an international environment and collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders. The role involves ensuring the efficient flow of materials and orders, managing relationships with suppliers, anticipating supply chain risks, and coordinating actions with different areas to guarantee an optimal service level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with suppliers, including operational follow-up and ad-hoc visits.

• Ensure timely delivery of orders and compliance with agreed deadlines.

• Analyze delays, incidents, and opportunities for improvement in supplier performance.

• Collaborate with the downstream team to identify risks and propose preventive actions.

• Participate in weekly meetings with the Supply Chain team and suppliers.

• Coordinate with Purchasing to align strategies and supply priorities.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions, as well as develop action plans to increase supplier capacity.

• Ensure an optimal service rate from suppliers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Required Profile:

• FGS or Engineering, Logistics, or Commercial degree.

• Experience in an electrical or industrial environment.

• Experience in managing international suppliers and clients.

• Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Excel.

• English: B2 level.

• Availability to travel occasionally.

• Soft skills: communication skills, organization, proactivity, results orientation, and ability to work in a global environment and participate in corporate-level meetings.
