As a Senior Field Sales Representative for End Users & Strategic Customers, you will drive business growth in the Data Center segment, supporting customers in their journey toward resilient, sustainable, and digital infrastructure. You will play a key role in developing trusted partnerships, delivering innovative solutions, and accelerating Schneider Electric’s position as a leader in next-generation Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Growth

• Lead the development and execution of account strategies for key end users and strategic customers within the Data Center ecosystem

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across colocation, hyperscale, and edge Data Centers

• Manage complex, long-term sales cycles with a value-based selling approach

Build Trusted Partnerships

• Establish strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, Designing and Construction leaders, Operations and facility decision-makers

• Position Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor in Data Center transformation

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience across the full lifecycle

Deliver Integrated Solutions

• Promote Schneider Electric’s portfolio across:

  • Full energy management and cooling solutions
  • EcoStruxure™ Data Center solutions and digital services
  • Sustainability and energy efficiency offerings

• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical experts to co-create end-to-end solutions aligned with customer needs

Lead Market Insights & Innovation

• Stay ahead of market trends (AI-driven demand, cloud expansion, sustainability regulations, energy constraints)

• Translate customer challenges into innovative, value-driven proposals

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Data Center go-to-market strategy

Collaborate for Impact

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, tendering, execution, services and global account teams

• Leverage Schneider Electric’s ecosystem to deliver scalable and impactful outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within:

  • Data Centers
  • Critical infrastructure
  • Energy management or digital solutions

• Strong track record managing strategic and complex accounts

Technical & Business Expertise

• Solid understanding of Data Center infrastructure (power, cooling, monitoring, software)

• Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches

• Ability to engage in digital transformation and sustainability discussions

Key Skills

• Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities

• Strategic thinking and business acumen

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills at executive level

• Results-oriented with a collaborative approach

Languages

• Fluent in Portuguese

• Proficient in English (mandatory)

• Proficient in Spanish (valuable)
