Mid-Level, Senior
Lead global, cross-functional teams to develop and deliver new products for customers worldwide. Create and own project plans and contribute to the product definitions. Motivate and direct staff to execute project plans and follow Schneider Electric design process. Initiate all project, design, cost, DFA/DFM, safety, and other reviews to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met. Coordinate on-time development, manufacture, and delivery of quality products to market.

Technical degree in engineering or computer science, advanced degree preferred
ACP Agile Certified Practitioner credential preferred
PMP Project Management Professional credential preferred
Experience
1-5 years of project management or design experience
Power electronics background and development experience preferred
Leadership in managing embedded system design
Experience in hardware product development and launch to IT, commercial, or industrial markets
Experience with international cultures

Customer focused with good relationship building and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent leadership, communications, listening, conflict management and interpersonal skills
Analytical problem solving, resolution, and closure skills
Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to manage or be a team player on several projects within a fast-paced work environment.
