Mid-Level
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Process Engineer to lead and drive manufacturing excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement, and innovation, delivering tangible results in productivity, cost efficiency, and quality performance:
Lead the end-to-end design and re-engineering of warehouse processes (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound).
Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Develop and implement optimized process flows, layouts, and operating models to improve productivity and throughput.
Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives with measurable impact on KPIs (productivity, accuracy, lead time, cost).
Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure version control and compliance.
Benchmark internal processes against industry best practices and recommend improvements.
Define and monitor warehouse performance metrics (e.g., pick rate, inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock time, OTIF).
Build and maintain data dashboards and reports to track process effectiveness.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive fact-based decision making.
Collaborate with Digital teams to design, implement, and enhance Digital functionalities.
Lead process alignment during system upgrades, automation projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure all processes are fully system-integrated, standardized, and auditable.
Evaluate and introduce automation technologies (e.g., conveyors, AMR).
Education
Technical Skill
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate etc.)
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
Key Competencies
Strong expertise in Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Six Sigma basic knowledge).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Project management capability (planning, execution, stakeholder management).
Ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain process improvement.
Proven experience in process design, optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
Strong exposure to WMS (Warehouse Management System), warehouse automation, and digital tools.
