Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Qualität und einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf im Kunststoffspritzguss
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung des Produktionsprogramms sowie Koordination des Maschinenunterhalts
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen mit Lean-Methoden
Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams
Dein Mindset
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss
Mehr als fünf Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld
Kenntnisse der Lean-Management-Prinzipien und Erfahrung in deren praktischer Anwendung
Analytische Denkweise und Freude an der Identifikation sowie Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen
Gute ERP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse, MES-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Motivierende und teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1, idealerweise B2)
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtmodell
