Dein IMPACT & Deine Mission

• Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Qualität und einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf im Kunststoffspritzguss

• Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung des Produktionsprogramms sowie Koordination des Maschinenunterhalts

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen mit Lean-Methoden

• Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen

• Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams

Dein Mindset

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung

• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss

• Mehr als fünf Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld

• Kenntnisse der Lean-Management-Prinzipien und Erfahrung in deren praktischer Anwendung

• Analytische Denkweise und Freude an der Identifikation sowie Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen

• Gute ERP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse, MES-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

• Motivierende und teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1, idealerweise B2)

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtmodell
