Engineer II, Industrialization Assembly Process Engineering

Join us as an Industrialization Assembly Process Engineer and play a key role in transforming our manufacturing operations. You'll lead projects that optimize assembly processes, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and drive efficiency across our production facilities.

What will you do?

• Manage industrial projects including localization, transfers, and capacity increases to support scalable operations

• Conduct diagnostics and implement process improvements that enhance assembly efficiency and quality

• Collaborate with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment

• Drive the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to optimize production and support sustainable operations

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Manufacturing Process Optimization — intermediate level; identifying and implementing improvements that increase throughput and reduce waste

• Continuous Improvement — developing level; applying lean methodologies to drive operational excellence

• Design-To-Cost — intermediate level; balancing technical requirements with cost constraints during process design

• Manufacturing Design and Methodology — intermediate level; developing scalable assembly processes that support industrialization goals
