As our next Replenishment Flow Coordinator, you’ll help ensure that materials arrive exactly where and when they’re needed while supporting a team of Flow Controllers who count on you for guidance and problem-solving. Ensure strong material availability by coordinating planning activities, overseeing replenishment flows, and guiding a team of Flow Controllers to deliver consistently high operational performance.
Lead and Coordinate
Oversee the daily work of several Flow Controllers and act as their first point of escalation
Lead the daily SIM meeting, set priorities, and drive quick issue resolution
Report performance, risks, and key actions to management
Secure Material Availability
Use our planning tools to balance supply and demand
Choose the right transportation mode (air or sea) based on urgency and cost
Act as the Key Link with Suppliers
Serve as the main contact for a group of worldwide suppliers
Follow up on deliveries and resolve any discrepancies
Manage Customer Requests
Handle customer requests and ensure timely, accurate execution
Support Flow Controllers by acting as the first escalation point
Maintain Healthy Inventory
Contribute to Continuous Improvement
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to guide, support, and challenge team members
A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
Experience in supply chain planning
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
A central role in shaping our supply chain performance
