Junior production manager
To be a JPM in Gordon means to take care of the following activities:

On a daily basis, manage a team of operators, determine the operations by workplace and adjust the necessary performance of each operator, in order to achieve the target in efficiency.

Prepare the list of operations (Operation breakdown) based on the garment technical sheet.

Measure and determine the duration of each operation.
-
Analyze and test working methods in order to increase efficiency.
-
Production data analysis with graphs and pivot table
Requirements:
-
IV – VII level of education
-
Analytical / mathematical skills
-
Good knowledge of MS Excel
-
Team working attitudes
-
Interested in learning and in a dynamic job
-
Fluent in English
