BUYER / ADDETTO/A UFFICIO ACQUISTI - CANTIERE DEL PARDO

Cantiere del Pardo is looking for an experienced professional to join its Purchasing Department, with the aim of ensuring the efficiency, continuity, and competitiveness of the supply chain in a complex and highly technical production environment.

The chosen candidate will work in close collaboration with production, the technical office, prototyping, and logistics, actively contributing to supplier selection, negotiation management, and the continuous improvement of purchasing performance.

Main activities:

• Management of procurement activities to meet production needs while respecting quality, timelines, costs, and financial balance.

• Development and expansion of the supply chain through supplier scouting activities.

• Collaboration in the economic and qualitative optimization of purchases.

• Verification of compliance with contractual supply conditions (timelines, quantities, quality).

• Support to company functions in resolving supply-related issues.

• Support to the technical office and prototyping in the research and selection of new components and suppliers.

Requirements and skills:

• Previous structured experience in the role of at least 3 years.

• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

• Good knowledge of management applications, preferably in a Microsoft environment (especially Business Central).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong results orientation.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
