Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing
POP Materials planning, order (MPA process), control of inbound and inventory
Seasonal Materials full execution
Promotional Items full execution
Brand Visibility Requests from Customers
Catalogues adaptation
VM guidelines for each product category
Specific brand/collection presentations
Marketing Tools sharing documents refresh
Marketing & Sports Marketing
Showrooms Seasonal Refresh
Corporate Safilo Website Refresh
DAM, Visibility Tools, PIM – assets upload to supply Sport & Optical channels
Refresh European roster presentation to be used externally
Support of athlete’s presence and activations on events
Events, Trade Shows & Buying Days execution support
Product shipments to press, influencers, athletes & control of inventory
Admin: support on contracts, payments, vendor codification
Brand News through PR & Comm. Corporate Channel and Externally to EMEA teams
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Economics or equivalent
Very good in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel and Power Point is a plus
SAP knowledge is a plus
Process driven mindset, problem solving attitude
Team-working oriented
Willingness to work in an international environment,
Proficient in English
A passion for sporty products
National Collective Labour Agreement and Job Classification: Occhialeria – Internship
Salary: €700 per month.
Variable compensation: not provided
Free company canteen, Monday and Friday remote working, with three days per week in the office, company laptop and mobile phone.
