Responsibilities and Tasks:

Establish and improve process condition and technology.

Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

Establish and modify process management projects.

Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.

Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Lead with the team to integrate all of system to implement automation

Developed a detailed method for identifying Pin Card Fail root causes, decreasing analysis time

Led cross-functional task forces to resolve recurring equipment-related failures.

Implemented proactive maintenance procedures that decreased occurrences of Pin Card Fail incidents

Required Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in the Memory industry with an MS degree or 15+ years with a BS degree or equivalent experience
