マイクロン・テクノロジー社のADTJ ATE WET Fabエンジニアとして、あなたは他のプロセスおよび装置エンジニアとチームを組み、製品の品質と信頼性を向上させるためのプロセスの立ち上げ、開発、最適化を担当します。具体的には、プロセスの歩留まり改善、コスト削減、生産性向上、リスク管理、そして製造ラインの問題解決に取り組みます。歩留まり改善やコスト削減活動の主導・参加、新しいプロセスのベースライン認定の対応、品質・コスト・リスク管理の目標達成に向けた材料サプライヤーとの管理、監査、連携も含まれます。

業務内容

• プロセス条件および技術の確立・改善

• プロセス能力の向上と生産コストの削減

• プロセスマネジメントプロジェクトの策定・修正

• 各種半導体装置のプロセスパラメータ設定

• 新規装置・材料の評価、導入促進、計画立案

• 異常解析および改善

必須条件：

• 学士号または同等の経験

• 日本語または英語でのコミュニケーションが可能

• 使用人工智能

• AIを使用
