We are looking for a Service Technician for our location in Berlin.

Position

Your tasks:

• Technical support in the Berlin area

• Installation, maintenance and repair of our machines – on site at customers' premises and in the workshop

• You represent La Marzocco in the field and ensure a strong customer experience with your commitment to service

• Close cooperation with various teams and support as an internal contact person for technical topics related to machines and components

Requirements

Your profile:

• Ideally electrotechnical qualifications, e.g. electrician (EFK), electrician for specified activities (EFKffT) or a comparable qualification,

• Alternatively: technical training and experience with espresso machines and the willingness to obtain necessary certifications

• Analytical, solution-oriented working method

• Working independently is up to you

• Strong understanding of service and good communication skills

• Class B driving licence

• Basic IT skills (e.g. B. Teams, Excel, CRM systems) are an advantage

• Knowledge of German

• English language skills
