The role of Senior Manager - PRA is responsible for providing leadership, direction, strategic vision and operational management to the development and implementation of pricing and reimbursement strategies and tactics to support commercial success across product life-cycle in China market. The position will also be accountable for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders including payers, payer advisors, KOLs and industry associations.

Tactic planning
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (e.g., Master's degree, MD, PhD, MBA) preferred
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required; preference given to candidates with experience in market access related field.
Strong knowledge of market access policy and procedures.
Experience interacting with payer, external stakeholders and industry associations
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful access and reimbursement strategies and programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and influence others, both internally and externally
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with multiple cross functional areas, particularly Marketing and Medical
Willingness to travel within region and internationally (approximately 20%)
