The E.ON Czech Republic company provides expert service and consulting to all other E.ON Group companies in the Czech Republic. They provide support in the areas of HR, IT, finance, law, administration, or communication.

We are looking for a new colleague for our Solution & Design Delivery department, where we specialize in internal development, implementation, and expansion of existing and new applications. These applications are directly used by our customers, for example, the web customer portal energie24.eon.cz and its mobile application, and applications for online contract signing.

Who are we looking for?

• An analyst for the mobile world, who can transform customer visions into detailed specifications for mobile application developers.

• A person with a sense for mobile UX, who understands that a mobile application is not just a scaled-down website, and can design processes that will be easy for people to use in the field.

• A technically oriented analyst, who is familiar with data and knows how communication between mobile and server works through APIs.

• An independent partner, who can find information, ask the right questions, and is not satisfied with superficial assignments.

• A communicative colleague, who can be a patient interpreter between the world of business, designers, and developers.

• A detail-oriented person who also thinks about "edge-cases" – what happens if the user loses signal, or if someone calls them in the middle of a process.

What will you be doing with us?

• Designing features for mobile applications – you will create specifications, user stories, and process diagrams that our developers will build upon.

• Defining interfaces and integrations – you will be closely involved in the design of APIs and data flows, so that the application always has the right information at the right time.

• Collaborating on UI/UX designs – you will fine-tune prototypes with designers so that they are not only beautiful, but also technically feasible and logical.

• Analyzing specific mobile requirements – you will deal with things like push notifications, offline modes, biometric authentication, or working with map data.

• Ensuring the quality of assignments – you will be the first to verify whether the proposed solution makes sense technically and from the perspective of the end-user in the energy sector.

What should an ideal candidate meet?

• Previous experience with IT analysis – ideally with projects whose output was a mobile or web application.

• Basic overview of mobile platforms – you know the differences between iOS and Android and what UI standards are (Material Design / Human Interface Guidelines).

• Ability to model and design solutions – you can draw processes (BPMN/UML) and write specifications that developers will understand immediately.

• Technical fundamentals – you know what REST API, JSON are and what databases are used for (knowledge of SQL is a great advantage).

• Experience in the energy sector is welcome, but if you don't have it, we will be happy to introduce you to this complex and stable industry.

• Proactive approach and logical thinking, thanks to which you can decipher even complex business requirements.
