Support monthly payroll with Iberia Payroll and Employee Enquiries Team Lead
Collect and verify payroll data (absences, compensation, hires, terminations)
Assist in employee lifecycle administrative tasks
Manage benefits like health insurance and pension plans
Support basic Social Security and tax processes
Help employees with benefits and compensation questions
Collaborate with recruitment to maintain accurate employee data
Participate in HR projects and tasks
Master's degree (preferably in Labor Relations, HR, Economics or Administration)
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in HR department
Fluency in English and Spanish
High attention to detail and precision in operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (excel skills), as well as highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Good to have: knowledge of payroll rules and tax regulations in Spain
