Sales Controlling Specialist

Your Tasks

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Fully engage in business partnering role, learn business model and track key financial KPI. Facilitate management decision thorough financial analysis and proposals.

• Own ecommerce platforms P&L. Prepare financial forecasts and ensure the safe financial closing.

• Own finance related projects.

The purposes of this position are:

Be responsible for financial controlling for mass cosmetics business unit. Detailed daily works incl:

Financial Analysis

• Manage Channel/EC platform P&L, and conduct related reporting and analysis of key performance and cost drivers

• Work with commercial team to coordinate and consolidate the annual budget, monthly rolling forecast and strategic plan

• Closely monitor business trend and improvement area with proper advice and action proposals

• Identify business risk and opportunities. Prepare quantitative analysis to facilitate management decision

• Build financial model to evaluate investment efficiency and support new channel business initiatives,

• Other ad hoc project assigned

Operational Controlling

• Monitor Trading Term & Condition (TTC) forecasting, tracking and reimbursement verification

• Review contract/PO and pro-actively communicate with commercial and Marketing teams to monitor actual spending

• Conduct MSO & MSE reporting (Monthly Sales Outlook/Estimation)

• Prepare financial forecast and secure safe month-end closing

• Conduct internal control tasks

Your Profile

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related or above

• Relevant working experience in Finance, preferably FMCG exposure

• High level of motivation and willingness to work cross-functional

• Working under pressure and detailed driven

• Good written and spoken English

• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with equally strong teamwork
