Role Overview:

• Manages the renewal process with existing clients, including developing the renewal strategy, negotiating the product, rates and benefits mix.

• Develops reporting strategies and presentation materials that thoroughly represent Aon’s services and value proposition to the client.

• Serves as a spokesperson for all departments of the company as needed to position most effectively to retain business, expand products offerings and/or create additional business opportunities.

• Strengthens the organization’s relationship with clients by developing and executing proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives.

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entry level for Management Trainee / Management Associate or Client Facing Roles

• Interacts courteously, attentively and confidently with internal colleagues and external clients, primarily to exchange information of a service nature.

• Under frequent review of process and results, receives instructions and follows clearly defined procedures.

• Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience

• Has advanced skills in technical processes or procedures (or deep skills in a single area).
