Key Responsibilities:

• Business development for all commercial risk insurance solution lines

• Support the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the market assessment process, and explore potential business opportunities.

• Discover corporate clients’ unmet needs and organizing offerings in partnership with colleagues in different solution lines and geographies

• Introduces solutions to prospects in building and strengthening effective portfolios.

• Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree above, MBA preferred

• Language skills (Mandarin and competent English language are minimum criteria)

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Excellent teamwork mind-set and thoughtful communication skills

• Passionate and entrepreneurial about delivering the best of the firm to clients

• Total working experience shall be more than 5 years

• 3+ years of working experience at Corporate Banking or legal background.
