Within the quality control teams, and under the responsibility of a quality control analytical supervisor, you will join the Martillac laboratories according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. You will be involved in various physico-chemical and/or biological analyses in support of the site's or AbbVie network's production activities, within a highly demanding quality environment.
1. Performance of physico-chemical or biological analyses and method verifications
Perform and verify the following analyses (non-exhaustive list): HPLC, ELISA, Compendial, CE-SDS, cIEF, optical density
Transcribe analytical results onto the appropriate documentation or software.
2. Participation in good laboratory and equipment management
Ensure the monitoring and proper functioning of the equipment necessary for activities.
Ensure that analyses are performed on qualified and calibrated equipment.
Participate in the cleaning and good maintenance of the laboratory.
3. Monitoring, documentation and quality
Rigorous traceability on analytical documents and quality systems.
Open non-conformity events in the dedicated software and carry out / participate in laboratory investigations related to the analyses performed.
4. Schedules and organization
Education
Bac +2/3: BTS / DUT or IUT in biochemistry, bioanalysis or quality control
Technical skills
Technical knowledge in physico-chemical analyses or bioanalyses
Good understanding and knowledge of regulatory constraints.
Ability to follow the directives given by standard operating procedures, work instructions and batch records.
Evaluate data and communicate potential problems.
Personal qualities
Field person, proactive, dynamic, curious.
Good team spirit and sense of communication (interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders).
Ability to work in an evolving environment while maintaining a balance between multiple priorities.
Sense of organization and rigor for the monitoring and traceability of documentation.
Respect for deadlines and priorities, customer service oriented.
Adaptability and anticipation.
Languages and specific skills
HSE
Strict adherence to safety instructions, wearing of PPE, waste management.
Proactive reporting of risky situations and participation in continuous improvement.
