As a Product Specialist, you will execute territory plans and drive product adoption through effective customer engagement, consistent call execution, and strong product knowledge. You will also be supporting business growth by building relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering value-based product messaging aligned with patient needs
Key responsibilities:
Territory Execution
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Execute call plans based on territory segmentation
Ensure consistent coverage and frequency of target HCPs
Customer Engagement
Product & Disease Knowledge
Business Insights & Reporting
Cross-Functional Support
Support execution of marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams for aligned execution
Compliance
Bachelors degree (preferably Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business)
1 to 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
Open to high-potential fresh graduates (for pipeline roles)
Exposure to hospital or specialty-based selling
Interest in complex disease areas
