Job Description:

Havas Paris is urgently looking for a Mission Manager / Think Tank Editor with impact #NEWDEAL, for an internship starting in September 2026 for a duration of 6 months.

Committed for several years to improving its practices towards impactful consulting & communication, the agency is fully developing its engagement strategy, which it deploys across 3 pillars:

• Make the agency more responsible: CSR policy, certification, mobility, environment, D&I…

• Transform our businesses for more responsibility: training in responsible communication, development of measurement tools, …

• Support our clients in their transformation: observe and understand the major trends, challenges and developments of positive transformation. This reflection is notably carried out through the internal think tank #NEWDEAL.

The agency is looking for its future intern Mission Manager #NEWDEAL (Impact Think Tank).

Within the #NEWDEAL team (3 people + about twenty voluntary collaborators), you will participate in the development and animation of the think tank. You will be involved in the following missions:

• Writing a weekly watch on CSR and corporate engagement topics for internal use

• Writing notes and reading sheets on positive transformation and impact topics (governance, engagement, ESG, management, responsible communication, etc.) for internal use and/or clients

• Writing presentations of the #NEWDEAL movement and offers for external use

• Participation in the organization of events (conferences, client breakfasts, etc.)

• Mapping of key players in the world of impact and CSR

• Participation in the creation of content for the #NEWDEAL Linkedin page in conjunction with the #NEWDEAL editorial team (content, visuals, post writing, etc.)

• Participation in the management and animation of the internal and external community

• Taking notes and writing minutes of meetings

Desired Profile:

• Currently pursuing higher education (bac+3/4/5) in journalism, political science, communication, economics, CSR, business…

• You are interested in the communication sector and responsible communication.

• Strong interest in CSR topics and corporate engagement issues (large companies, mid-sized companies) and the transformation of their models

• You have excellent writing skills, impeccable spelling, and you are rigorous

• Autonomous, positive, curious, enthusiastic, you enjoy teamwork
