Job Description : Havas Paris Social is the entity dedicated to Social Media of the integrated agency Havas Paris. It brings together around thirty employees (creatives, content strategists, social media managers, motion designers, etc.) and addresses the new challenges of the ecosystem: branding, activation, advocacy, e-influence, reputation, content…
The team is looking for an Apprentice Community Manager for a period of one or two years, starting in September 2026
The missions are as follows:

Manage the relationship with the brand's community on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram)

Discuss consumer issues

Find solutions to their problems and interact with after-sales service centers to find the best possible response

Propose creative outreach to certain active community members

Respect the brand's tone defined with the client and the Account Director

Ensure reporting of social activities and propose optimizations based on results.
Desired Profile:
You are currently in BAC + 4/5 training, in a business or communication school, university studies in marketing / communication, Bac +4 to Bac +5 You like to serve the client, social media and animating communities hold no secrets for you.
A first experience in communication and/or Community Management would be a plus.
You have a solid digital culture and are comfortable with publishing and monitoring tools (social networks - Google analytics - Sprinklr).
The quality of your writing is matched by impeccable spelling. You are also comfortable with oral presentations.
Autonomous, rigorous, curious, you enjoy teamwork.
