Senior Data Analyst - CSA

Job Description : We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Analyst to join our growing analytics team embedded at a client office in Bangalore. You will work at the intersection of data, insight, and storytelling — turning raw data into business decisions through rigorous analysis and compelling visualizations.

• Own end-to-end analysis workflows — from data extraction and transformation to insight delivery

• Write clean, optimized SQL queries for segmentation, funnel analysis, and custom business logic

• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for client-facing and internal reporting

• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate on solutions

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation across all deliverables

• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role

• Strong SQL proficiency across any platform (T-SQL ,Big Query, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.) — including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and custom segmentation logic

• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI — including DAX, data modelling, and visual design

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights

• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets

• Clear communication skills — able to explain findings and logic to business stakeholders

Good to Have

• Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, or basic scripting for automation) — added advantage

• Familiarity with CLM tools (Moengage) ,marketing or digital analytics data sources (GA4 etc.)
