Job Purpose
- Manage projects related to semiconductor technology set up and manufacturing in foundries
Job Responsibilities,

Manage projects on a wide range of technologies with key Chinese foundries on key technical aspects such Power Discrete or BCD related.

Manage the relationship with internal customers (product division, product engineering, design team, etc…)

Drive the foundry team toward yield, quality and reliability improvement according to ST procedure, with Zero defect approach

Monitor supplier activity performance through SPC process control, process changes, nonconformity management, scorecard, etc

Manage crisis/excursions in foundries and prevent reoccurrence through 8D management.

Set up and/or qualify new technology/process in foundries.
The function requires
-
5 years of experience in front end fab manufacturing preferably in Process Integration/Device Engineering (knowledge in BCD technology R&D is a plus)

Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant Engineering discipline from an accredited university

High autonomy in acting with excellent communication and and team work skills

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Ability to work in cross functional and multi-cultural environment

To travel to visit foundries abroad on a regular basis
