Our Campaigns and Rewards team in Malaga is growing and we are now looking for a Backend Engineering Team Lead to join! Engagement at Betsson Group ensures our customers come back for more. As a Team Lead at Betsson Group, you will lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance. As the Team Lead, you will take an active role in driving the delivery of your team and promoting a healthy team spirit and culture. You will also participate as a developer in designing and developing next generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.
A taster of what you will be involved with:

People management, mentoring and coaching developers, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1’s.

Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.

Software development according to modern best practices and principles.

Taking part in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review.
What we are looking for

Experience in software development for more than 5 years
-
Experience of managing teams of software engineers

Strong leadership and communication skills

Agile mindset, business goals orientation

Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
