The role:
We are looking for an Analyst to join the Capital Advisors team, with cross-exposure to various business lines such as Investment Banking Services and Debt Advisory & Brokerage.
Responsibilities:
The role involves participation in the following activities:

Support for financial and market analyses related to Capital Advisors department transactions

Preparation of support materials for processes (teaser, pitch, information memorandum)

Collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data and benchmarking

Coordination with other CBRE departments and external consultants

Support in the execution phases of transactions
What we are looking for:

Preferably a degree in Economics, Finance
-
1-2 years of previous experience in the real estate sector

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

Excellent knowledge of the Office suite
-
Analytical approach and attention to detail
-
Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration

Interest in the real estate market
