This is a hands-on marketing operations role focused on supporting the RRP Brand Manager in driving execution excellence, performance tracking, and cross‑functional coordination for the RRP brand in the Philippine market. The role ensures that brand strategies are translated into impactful, well‑orchestrated programs across consumer touchpoints.
Support the development, activation, and adjustment of RRP brand plans in line with the Commercial Engine framework.
Coordinate consumer journey planning, ensuring initiatives are aligned across channels and functions.
Track brand performance and KPIs on a monthly basis, consolidating insights to support decision‑making.
Drive end‑to‑end project management of brand initiatives, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (CX, MarComm & PR, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless orchestration.
Support creative development and omnichannel execution through toolkits, playbooks, and launch materials.
Help streamline brand and channel operations by improving processes and monitoring execution effectiveness.
Enable accountability across workstreams through structured cadence meetings and clear performance tracking.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Work Experience At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG, RRP, or electronics, with exposure to brand operations, project management, or new product launches.
Language Skills Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Functional & Professional Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans.
Solid stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Consumer‑centric thinking with a passion for brand building.
Results‑oriented, agile, and able to balance short‑term execution with long‑term brand objectives.
