Job Description:
Give height to your Safety expertise: become the central link of operational safety by orchestrating activities on the entire aircraft, within Fabien's Aircraft Safety team.

Do you want to exercise your technical expertise in an environment where relationships are key? This position is for you. As a privileged interface between designers, program directors and system specialists, you will be the conductor of the operational safety demonstration.
You will participate in the definition of analyses, you will coordinate and animate the Safety community, and you will actively participate in the definition of methods that will guarantee the airworthiness of our aircraft (in service and new developments).
Through your mission:
You will integrate the Safety community by being in direct interface with System Safety specialists, system designers, Certification Managers, as well as with Program and Safety Directors.
You will also provide your support to architects and system designers with your multi-system and multi-program vision.
You will participate and contribute to Safety Committees.
You will be at the heart of the definition of safety methods and processes.
You will contribute to the production of documentation and analyses carried out at aircraft level during the V-cycle of a development: Aircraft Certification Safety Plan, Safety Common Data Document [Safety CDD], Aircraft Functional Hazard Assessment [Aircraft FHA], Aircraft Safety Synthesis, etc.
You will also contribute to analyses and investigations to be carried out for the application of new regulations defined by the Authorities (EASA, FAA…)
Are you our future talent?
You are an Aeronautical Engineer, from grandes écoles or universities.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in aeronautical operational safety.
You know Safety processes (CS-25.1309, ARP4761, ARP4754…) and you have carried out associated safety analyses (FHA, SSA, fault trees, dependency diagrams, quantitative and qualitative analyses…).
You have a multi-system, multi-program vision in the aeronautical world.
You have solid knowledge in aircraft system architecture and installation.
Those around you describe you as open-minded and dynamic.
You have good analytical skills.
You have good mediation skills, and you are a model of coordination.
Autonomy, rigor, organization, good relational skills and leadership are assets that characterize you.
