Senior Specialist, DC Operations Pacific

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will work within Pacific’s Logistics Operations team, the engine behind Nike’s omnichannel distribution network. Reporting into senior logistics leadership, you’ll partner cross-functionally with planning, DC operations, transport, inventory, commercial, and tech teams, while leading collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) partners across Australia and New Zealand.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role calls for a leader who thrives in motion. Someone who sees complexity and brings clarity. The ideal candidate understands the rhythm of retail distribution in Australia and New Zealand and knows how to move people and processes forward. They lead with empathy, coach with intent, and hold a high bar for performance. They’re a strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the bigger picture but stay close enough to drive execution daily.

They challenge the status quo, simplify the work, and create space for innovation. They’re comfortable in ambiguity, confident in decision-making, and relentless about improving outcomes. Strong analytical capability is essential as this role demands someone who can translate data into action, optimise cost, and elevate service. Above all, they believe in building inclusive, collaborative environments where teams can do their best work.

• 5–10 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a retail or distribution environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

• Strong knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) operations across Australia and New Zealand.

• Experience with SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Transport Management System (TMS).

• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement, performance management, and cost optimisation.
