Within the Operations & Supply Chain organizational unit of the Aircraft BU, we are looking for a Production Process Manager for the Venegono site. The resource will work to develop tools, NC programs, machining strategies, and relevant equipment for the manufacturing of elementary parts, for structural assembly and aircraft assembly in synergy with the various departments of Production Engineering and Production, in compliance with quality, time, cost, safety, and process reliability objectives, and will be involved in the following activities:
Support adequate industrialization in the manufacturing of elementary parts, structural assembly, and aircraft assembly in a continuous improvement logic;
Ensure adequate industrialization during the start-up phase of plants and machinery, providing continuous support to Production in a continuous improvement logic;
Define, support, and draft technical specifications for the commissioning of new plants and/or any retrofits, ensuring support to Industrial Engineering;
Draft and monitor budgets, both those related to their own department and those related to investments in the production area, with a focus on those within their competence;
Coordinate working groups, assigning technical priorities, monitoring the progress of activities, promoting information sharing, and ensuring compliance with assigned deadlines;
Collaborate with Design, Quality, Production, Logistics, Equipment, Planning, and other company departments, promoting alignment between technical requirements, industrial needs, and line applicability, in order to develop machining strategies and tooling suitable for technical requirements, with the aim of reducing production costs and times and at the same time improving process quality;
Define and support testing activities for the development of tooling for manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machining, with the aim of developing/testing tools and related technologies while respecting the requests of the production departments with the objective of controlling costs, times, and process reliability;
Provide technical support to Production, intervening in the resolution of operational, technical, and methodological problems, clarifying the execution methods provided by the cycles and proposing solutions consistent with technical data and production needs:
Support start-up, ramp-up, transfer, or revision activities of production processes, ensuring the necessary technological contribution in the phases of process introduction or modification;
Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of working methods, proposing actions aimed at reducing inefficiencies, rework, line stoppages, waste, and operational criticalities;
Participate in the management of technical modifications, variants, non-conformities, rework, and extraordinary activities, evaluating their effects on the production process and contributing to the definition of the most appropriate operating procedures;
Maintain close contact with Quality and Purchasing departments and suppliers of plant machinery and tooling and consumables in general.

Expert Experience in structured companies that apply World Class Manufacturing principles is preferred.
