Within the Service BU of Leonardo Aeronautica, specifically in the Customer Support & Services organizational unit, we are looking for an ILS Manager for our Turin Corso Francia office.

Main Responsibilities:

The activity is strongly oriented towards customer management (Italian/foreign) and the management of the main program suppliers. The activity is not limited to the purely managerial context but also requires a certain aptitude and interest in technical aspects (knowledge of aircraft configuration, modification processes, maintenance activities, training activities: all topics that will be acquired on the job).

The activities of competence are the classic ones related to the PM world:

• Operational management of orders in terms of delivery and execution (times, costs and quality);

• Support for budget preparation in terms of production volumes and adherence to cost targets;

• Interface with the Customer during the execution of orders, managing requests;

• Coordination of operational functions involved in the execution of orders;

• Identification and valuation of technical-industrial risk;

• Verification and analysis of order progress;

Education: Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Economics.

Language skills

• Knowledge of spoken and written English at B2/C1 level.

Computer skills:

• Good knowledge of the Office package;

How does the selection process work?

Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.

The selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.

At the end of the process, the person receives feedback, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.
