THE JOB: Step into a leadership role where luxury service, operational excellence, and team engagement come together. As the Villa Operations Manager, you will oversee daily villa operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure every guest experience reflects our SHOW Service Basics. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving operational and financial success in a world-class luxury environment.
You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversees daily Villa, Villa Prive, Baccarat, and in-villa Food & Beverage operations, including meal services, wine and liquor selection, and inventory control
Assists with the planning and execution of private functions within the Villas, Presidential Suites, and Chairman Suites, including menu selection, pricing, and event staffing
Develops collaborative relationships with support departments including Casino Marketing, Luxury Experience, Convention Sales & Services, Facilities, Security, Housekeeping, Front Services, Sky Pool, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Executive Offices to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
Partners with the Culinary team on the development and implementation of offerings, menu presentations, and menu education for the Butler team
Works closely with the Director to develop, execute, and measure strategic plans and annual operating goals, including revenue growth opportunities, cost containment initiatives, and budget variance justifications
Educates departmental leadership on departmental goals and ensures team commitment and support to drive departmental success
Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, discipline, terminations, and other employee status changes while supporting the Company's diversity commitment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of prior relevant supervisory experience at a major hotel/resort
Three (3) years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage, Hotels Operations and/or Guest Services at major hotel
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
