Per azienda cliente a Castelnovo ne' Monti, siamo alla ricerca di un o una Back Office Commerciale Estero / Customer Service.
Mansioni:
-
inserimento ordini, bolle e ddt
-
inserimento preventivi
-
gestione degli agenti e distributori in Italia ed estero
-
richieste di materiale marketing
-
seguire la vendita fino al completamento dell'ordine
-
curare le relazioni con i clienti italiani / esteri (principalmente Europa e Medio Oriente)
-
gestione delle richieste dei clienti pervenute online
-
gestione e partecipazione eventi in Italia
Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali Dal lunedì al venerdì, 08:30 - 12:30 / 14:00 - 18:00
