Etjca Filiale di Cagliari, for an important client company operating in the healthcare sector, is looking for: NURSE
The resource will be inserted into a dynamic healthcare facility and will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring the well-being and correct management of patients' care pathways.
Specifically, the selected person will have the task of:

Assessing the care needs of patients and planning the necessary interventions.

Monitoring vital signs and managing clinical documentation.

Preparing and administering prescribed pharmacological therapy.

Performing specific technical procedures (blood samples, dressings, enemas, management of enteral nutrition).

Actively collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the effectiveness of operational protocols.
Requirements:

Degree in Nursing Sciences.

Valid registration with the OPI (Order of Nursing Professions).

Previous experience in the role, even minimal (preferential).

Immediate availability to work shifts (morning and afternoon).

Excellent relational skills, listening skills and aptitude for teamwork.
We offer:

Employment contract: initial fixed-term contract

CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement) for Nursing Homes - Level D

Working hours: part-time 30 hours per week, structured in shifts (e.g., 08.00-13.00 / 15.00-19.30).
