YOUR ROLE
You will play a key role in supply chain follow-up, acting as the interface between the Electrical Wafer Sort organization and the control tower, division groups, and device teams.

Ensure that production batches are completed within deadlines to maximize the target in terms of volume, mix, and cycle time

Prepare the weekly production plan and monitor the start plan

Analyze the current WIP position in relation to commitments, propose actions and implement solutions to reach execution commitments in volume, WWS, and cycle time.

Ensure data integrity and SOX controls related to WIP

Work in a cross-functional environment and drive the team to develop actions and sustainable solutions for identified problems.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
-
At least two years of relevant work experience

Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a team

Strong sense of urgency

Good communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI

Ability to multitask
