As a Chef de Partie (f/m/d), you will be responsible for planning, preparing and cooking buffets and à la carte menus as well as looking after and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurant.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

Quality and consistency are 2 important elements in the kitchen team. As Chef de Partie you report directly to the (Sous) Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency of preparation according to the predefined recipes and product quality. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team, you ensure that our guests have an ‘extraordinary’ culinary experience. Finally, you ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy.

• You have a diploma in Food Production (MBO 3 or 4), or you can demonstrate that you have mastered this level or have relevant work experience, you have experience in a 5* property or in a fine dining restaurant;

• You are guest-oriented, have a positive attitude, and can work in a team as well as independently.

• You have a good command of the English language (Dutch is an advantage).
