The Head of Sales Analytics will drive data-driven decision-making by integrating sales data, distributor insights, and consumer intelligence. This role is key to improving accuracy, strengthening market understanding, and accelerating business growth.
A Day in the Life as Head of Sales Analytics

Lead sales analytics, projections, and performance analysis across regions and channels

Strengthening data lake to analyze distributors and customers performance to at store level to take informed decisions

Translate consumer & market data (NIQ, Kantar) into actionable business insights

Develop dashboards (Power BI) and drive reporting automation

Build and enhance data infrastructure (including data lake initiatives)

Lead sales planning, target setting, and performance tracking

Manage stakeholder collaboration across Sales, Channel & Category Development, Finance/IT, and Supply Chain

Lead and develop a team
What Will Make You Successful

6-8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Data Science, Commercial Analytics, or Consumer Insight, and has successfully delivered on KPIs

Strong skills in analytics, forecasting, and data visualization (Power BI)

Experience integrating multiple data sources into business strategy

Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

Strong analytical thinking and results-driven mindset

Capacity to understand all sales functions (e.g., Field Sales, Customer, Commercial Development)
